Our Story
We cook food that are, though full of variety, makes use of local base ingredients like tomatoes, leafy greens, and root vegetables in many of its most popular dishes - including many soups and stews.
The food we grew up eating holds a special place in our hearts, so when we saw the frustrations many of our locals face in getting authentic Nigerian or African food in their communities and at their events, we decided to bridge the gap in the supply.
Chef Victoria started out first to cater for clients' events providing catering services for them. She combines knowledge passed down through her family, personal culinary experiences along with catering trainings to create classic Nigerian and West African cuisines in modern ways.
She later started getting regular orders throughout the week and this led her to opening Victory Kitchen which now boasts of that homestyle African cuisines with great features and offers such as Catering Services, BYOB, Family-Friendly, Good for Groups, Online Ordering, Private Events, Solo-Dining and Takeout Services.
